My stay at The Westin Ottawa was quite underwhelming. while the location was fantastic and so convenient for exploring the city, several aspects of the hotel left much to be desired. The service, unfortunately, was consistently lacking, and I dealt with various maintenance issues during my visit. Overall, it was not the experience I hoped for from a Westin hotel.

I had a beautiful weekend at The Westin Ottawa, enjoying the great city center location and attentive staff. My room had stunning views of the Canadian Parliament, and I loved the spaciousness and comfort of the accommodations. However, the dining experience fell short with some disappointing meals at the attached restaurant. Overall, I'd still recommend the place for its fantastic amenities and prime location.
